Far too expensive for a few hours drop. Explained it was a day rate, but not allowed to pick up slightly later than the 4 hours booked. Service and details fine, but charging not proportionate

앱을 통한 예약과 결제는 빠르고 쉬웠습니다. 중요: 앱에서 결제 확인을 요청하지 않고 카드에 요금을 청구하기만 합니다. 트레비소 기차역에는 보관소가 없어요! 시내로 나가야 해요. 가장 가까운 보관소는 카페 필로에 있습니다. 웨이터가 짐을 맡기고 돌려줍니다. 그들은 매우 친절하지만 커피, 칵테일 등을 만드는 등 고객에게 서비스를 제공하는 동안 기다려야 합니다. 따라서 교통편(기차나 버스)에 늦으면 지각할 수 있습니다. 아니면 일찍 도착하세요.

Booking and paying through the app were quick and easy. Important: the app doesn't ask for payment confirmation; it simply charges your card. There is NO storage room at the train station in Treviso! You must go to the town. The nearest storage is located at Cafe Filo. Luggage is accepted and returned by waiters. They are very friendly, but you have to wait while they serve customers: make coffee, cocktails, etc. Therefore, if you're late for transport (train or bus), you may be late. Or arrive early.

Everything went smoothly. They helped show me which mobile app to download and then the package delivery went quickly. The package pickup was also smooth, I didn't have to wait long for it.
