Right next to Hamburg Central Station (where there were no more luggage lockers available), the staff were very friendly and, despite the huge demand that day, everything ran smoothly and efficiently.
Direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof Hamburg (wo keine Gepäckschließfächer mehr frei waren), sehr freundliches Personal und alles hat trotz enormer Nachfrage an dem Tag hervorragend und zügig funktioniert.

Our luggage was still there at the end, but at this hotel it is simply stored in the stairwell and not locked away.
Unser Gepäck war am Ende noch da, es wird bei diesem Hotel aber einfach im Treppenhaus und nicht extra abgeschlossen gelagert.
