No problems at all, we dropped off our luggage at BASICMART, Tottenham Court Road around 10am and returned later at 6.30pm as arranged to collect. It was brought up into the shop after being stored downstairs. Staff were very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. An easy option for storing luggage. It cost us £13.50 for two items which included Radical Storage insurance (£3.50) which isnt optional.
Just be aware to try and put an accurate time for collection as I received texts with an option to extend it for a cost if I was going to be later than the specified time so perhaps they charge more if you collect after your agreed time, not sure?

I am so happy I found this storage spot right near Princes Street Gardens. I wanted to enjoy a walk through the gardens and see the Castle without dragging my heavy suitcases uphill, and this was the perfect solution. The booking was super easy, and the staff at the shop were incredibly welcoming and kind. My bags were kept very secure, and it's much more affordable than the lockers at the station. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city

If you need to drop your bags near South Kensington or Old Brompton, honestly, look no further. I booked it online in seconds and the check-in was so smooth. The 'Angel' (the shop owner) was lovely and very welcoming. It’s much more affordable than the big station lockers and felt very secure. Highly recommend using Radical Storage if you’re near Leicester Square. It’s located in a local business right on Cranbourn Street, so it’s very easy to find.
