Easy booking, but when we got to the location it was all boarded up and no entrance.couldn’t get in. Lucky I went into next doors restaurant and they were ever so kind to take the bags and look after them and explain that the location had been moved to them but not updated on the app. Luckily they were nice. Your app needs updating cos we could have easily walked away. Other than that no issues picking up in the end

Polite and friendly staff. Easy access, although not knowing the exact location until after booking isn’t the best as I later found out another option was slightly nearer to the station, as I was on a tight time schedule.
